Creative Director Chehon is best known for his creative visions and development of performers' artistry and movements. Chehon trained at The Royal Ballet School in London. Throughout his teenage years he performed with several major ballet companies across Europe and the US. He was invited to perform for the Royal Family and won numerous choreographic awards including 1st Prize at the Royal Ballet Choreographic Competition. Chehon was the youngest lead dancer in Twyla Tharp's Tony Award winning Broadway show Come Fly Away. His performances and capability to command the stage earned him rave reviews across the US, proclaiming him as one of the most promising and outstanding young dancers of today. He interrupted his dancing career to audition for the popular Fox hit tv show SYTYCD, where he was crowned America's Favorite Dancer.

Since then, Chehon has worked on shows such as The Oscars, Dancing With The Stars, American Idol, Americas Got Talent, SYTYCD. Chehon was appointed asst. creative director for American Idol. He has worked as the movement coach for performer Erika Jayne best known from the show Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. He has been on the cover of every major US dance publication and has made numerous appearances on the ELLEN show. Chehon has worked closely with artists such as John Legend, Christina Perri, Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj, Becky G, David Guetta, Boy George and acclaimed director Joseph Kahn. Chehon has launched his own LA based dance company and brand IAMFORCE (IAF). In 2018, Chehon opened a full scale production studio in the heart of North Hollywood called IAF COMPOUND, a stunning 8,000 sq ft space that is frequented by major music artists and production companies. Chehon also provides services ranging from photography, videography to choreography for artists.
